Marius. Nergaard

Marius Nergaard is the Chief Financial Officer at Skanska Bygg Oslo, with a robust background in accounting and auditing. They earned a bachelor's degree in auditing from BI Norwegian Business School and a master's degree in advanced auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics. Marius began their career at EY, where they spent 23 years, including 11 years as a partner, before taking on the CFO role at a family-owned construction and real estate development company in 2018. In March 2021, Marius transitioned to Skanska, initially serving as CFO for the housing division and later taking on responsibilities for Skanska’s entire construction operations in Oslo in March 2025. Their extensive experience includes work with various industries, including the auditing of public companies and involvement in acquisitions and restructuring.
