Mark Lemon

Mark Lemon has extensive experience in risk management and corporate governance, currently serving as a Board member for Skanska Försäkrings AB and holding the position of Senior Vice President for Assurance & Control at Skanska since June 2005. In this role, Mark oversees the Group Governance Framework and Enterprise Risk Management, ensuring compliance with Group Policies and fostering effective control systems across business units. Previous positions include leadership in risk management, project direction for significant PPP transportation endeavors in the USA, and governance roles at the University of Portsmouth. Mark's career also encompasses contributions to KBR and Fasttrax Limited, along with foundational experience as a Marine Engineer Officer in the Royal Navy. Academic credentials include a B.Eng in Marine Engineering and executive education from IMD and the Institute of Directors.
