Patrick Mullane

Patrick Mullane is an experienced corporate counsel currently serving in the role of Regional Corporate Counsel at Skanska since August 2011, overseeing legal matters in Florida, Georgia, and parts of Texas, while also supporting national efforts in e-discovery and technology contracts. Prior to this, Patrick held positions as Associate Corporate Counsel and Contract Administrator, contributing to the University Medical Center Project. Earlier legal experience includes serving as a Construction Law Attorney at Kirwin Norris, P.A. and Elder & Lewis, P.A., both specializing in construction law. Patrick's career began as an Assistant Project Manager at Royal Castle Companies, where responsibilities included contract negotiations and compliance issues. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and a BS in Management from Fitchburg State University.
