Paul Hackett is a seasoned construction professional with over two decades of experience in project management and preconstruction roles. Currently serving as Sr. Preconstruction Director at Skanska since March 2020, Paul previously held the position of Senior Estimator at Andersen Construction from April 2010 to March 2020, where leadership focused on high-rise residential, healthcare, and higher education projects. Prior to this role, Paul was a Project Manager at Andersen Construction, managing a variety of projects including tenant improvements and clinics. Earlier experience includes managing and estimating commercial projects as a Project Manager at Sierra Construction from April 2000 to October 2009. Paul holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington and an AA in Business from Yakima Valley Community College.
