Peter Garratt

Peter Garratt is currently the Head of Reward at Skanska, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as Reward Manager at Skanska from 2019 to 2024. Peter's extensive experience includes roles as a Reward Business Partner at TUI, where they managed Reward strategies for approximately 12,000 staff, and as a Reward Analyst at Circle Housing, focusing on pay and benefit strategies. With earlier positions as an HR Officer and HR Administrator at Metropolitan Housing Partnership, Peter has cultivated a diverse skill set in HR and rewards management since earning a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2004.
