Rob Morgan has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Skanska since September 2016, progressing through various roles including Agent, Sub Agent, Section Engineer, Engineer, and Site Engineer. Prior to this, Rob Morgan studied at Cardiff University, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering while also gaining practical experience as a Student Engineer at Raymond Brown Construction Ltd. Early leadership development occurred during service as an Officer Cadet in the British Army from September 2012 to June 2015. Rob Morgan completed secondary education at Shrewsbury School from 2007 to 2012.
