Roxana Grieve

Roxana Grieve is a seasoned professional in development management with significant experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Development at Skanska since March 2016, Roxana oversees all aspects of development for commercial projects, particularly in the multi-family segment. Prior roles include Senior Development Manager, leading the Class-A, mixed-use Heming project in Tysons, VA, and Development Manager for the luxury Resa apartment building in DC. Roxana's earlier experience includes Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, managing multi-million dollar projects in higher education and hospitality, and Territory Manager at EFCO Corp., focusing on sales strategies in Venezuela. Roxana holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and an Architecture degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
