Scott Murray

Scott Murray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, procurement, and change management within the construction and utilities sectors. Currently serving as Operational Excellence Director and Business Director at Skanska since June 2017, Scott previously held multiple roles at Balfour Beatty plc, including Procurement Director and Change Director, where responsibilities included overseeing significant budgets and identifying strategic development opportunities. Scott's expertise extends to managing large-scale projects, exemplified by a Senior Project Manager role at Parsons Brinckerhoff for the Heathrow T2B project, and a background in Six Sigma methodologies at Bechtel. Scott holds a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering from the University of the West of England.
