Simon Wright

Simon Wright is currently the Projects Commercial Director MEP at Skanska, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, Simon served as a Senior Commercial Manager at Skanska and held various positions at Balfour Beatty Engineering Services from 2010 to 2017, including Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor, working on notable projects such as the Southwark Schools Phase 2 and the London Aquatic Centre. Simon earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Science in Building Engineering Services Commercial Project Management from Liverpool John Moores University, where they achieved a First Class Honours.
