Stuart Holmes is a Senior Design Manager at Skanska, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specialization in rail infrastructure projects for the past decade. Previously, Stuart held various roles at BCM Construction, Equate Design Limited, Balfour Beatty, and Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd, leading design teams and managing significant projects in civil engineering and signalling. Stuart's recent focus includes managing design and design assurance for HS2 Area West, while cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. They hold a BSc Hons in Construction Management from London South Bank University.
