Lene Lund Bendix

Lene Lund Bendix is currently the Head of Unit at SKAT, overseeing sanctions and penalties related to tax offenses and abuse. They have served as Division Manager at SKAT since 2009, managing a unit focused on audits and control of excise duties. Prior to this, Lene accumulated extensive legal experience as a Regional Legal Manager at SKAT and as Chief Technical Adviser for Danida, where they implemented VAT and income tax in Nepal. Lene holds a Master of Laws from Aarhus University and an LL.M in International & European Taxation from Tilburg University, along with a Certificate in Business Leadership from Henley School of Business.
