Skattepunkten AB is a consulting company in the Kingdom of Sweden specialized in Swedish tax law. Its sister company, Skattepunkten's Office Services is specialized in Swedish accounting and reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency.

We strive to ensure that our clients have to pay as little tax as possible. At the same time, the company’s philosophy is that everything we are involved with shall be above board and legal. All documents must be able to be presented to the relevant authorities irrespective of whether they are on paper or in digital form.

As a consequence, our philosophy also entails that we never speak in terms of risks of detection.

We often meet with our clients but it is a fact that most of our clients we never see. Then we only work with telephone, teams, zoom and e-mails.

Skattepunkten's Office Services AB has many Swedish clients but we specialize in helping foreign individuals and companies to establish businesses in Sweden. We create companies, handle registrations at the relevant authorities in Sweden and do accounting, payroll, invoicing tax returns etc. We also provide general information regarding different practical things you need to do in relation to Sweden. With our tax lawyers, you will also have a perfect combination when setting up a business in Sweden. 

Our CEO has been working with the accounting for the Volvo Group of Companies and was thereafter the Tax Controller of the Group.

For tax advice we charge 2550 SEK per hour. If the customer is a company or a self employed person domiciled in Sweden or another EU country, Swedish VAT will be added if required by law. For private individuals domiciled in Sweden or another EU country we charge 2550 SEK per hour including Swedish VAT. For tax returns, we have a minimum price of one hour. For large assignments we can make special agreements.
