Ignacio Arancibia Parga is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the design and management of underground structures and civil works. Ignacio began his career at INGENDESA from April 2007 to June 2011, focusing on urban tunnel projects for the Metro de Santiago and the supervision of tunneling using the NATM method. Ignacio then worked at Endesa Chile from July 2011 to June 2013, specializing in the design of underground works for hydroelectric plants and infrastructural tunnels. Following this, Ignacio joined SKAVA Consulting in July 2013, initially as a Project Manager, overseeing contract administration and engineering team coordination until April 2023. Ignacio currently holds the positions of Senior Tunnels Engineer and Principal of Engineering at SKAVA Consulting since March 2023. Ignacio earned a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria and a Postgraduate degree in Tunnels and Underground Spaces from Universidad de Chile.
