Michael Records

Michael Records has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and investment roles. Michael is currently serving as the VP of Finance at Skedda since August 2022. Prior to that, Michael founded Catalyst Consulting in December 2021, where they worked as the Founder until August 2022.

Before starting their own venture, Michael worked as the Director of Finance at EverCommerce from January 2021 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance at Service Fusion from June 2019 to December 2021.

Michael also gained valuable experience in finance and investments at Five Elms Capital, where they served as an Associate from August 2018 to June 2019, and as a Financial Analyst from December 2016 to June 2019. Michael also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at George K. Baum Capital Advisors, Inc. from July 2015 to November 2016.

Additionally, Michael started their career as a Procurement Intern at Koch Industries, where they contributed to improving the efficiency of procurement operations at two Illinois plants during the summer of 2013.

Michael Records completed their education at Kansas State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Financial Management. Prior to that, they attended Kapaun Mount Carmel from 2007 to 2011, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael obtained several certifications in the financial industry. In September 2015, they received the Series 63 Uniform Securities State Law Agent certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In the same month, they also obtained the Series 79 Investment Banking Registered Representative certification. A month earlier, in August 2015, Michael obtained the Series 7 General Securities Representative certification, all from FINRA.
