Johnathan Hodge

Johnathan Hodge is the Chief Operating Officer at Skedulo. Johnathan has over fifteen years of experience in product management and engineering. Prior to joining Skedulo, Johnathan served as the Executive in Residence at Costanoa Ventures. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Castlight Health, which they joined via the acquisition of Jiff Inc. In this role, Johnathan led a team of 200 people responsible for renewals, account management, professional services, user acquisition, and user support. Prior to their time at Castlight Health, Johnathan was the Executive Vice President of Product & Engineering at Jiff Inc., where they reported to the CEO and was responsible for product management, engineering, infrastructure engineering, program management, privacy, security & compliance (as company CISO), leading a team of 75 people. Johnathan has also served as VP Product at Kaggle and VP Product Management at NICE Systems (via acquisition of Merced). Johnathan began their career as Director, Product Management at Merced Systems. Johnathan holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Johnathan Hodge has a BA Joint Honours in International Theirtory and German from Keele University.

They work with Paul Schulz - EVP, Technology & Innovation, Paul Schultz - EVP Technology & Innovation, and Edward Backhouse - EVP Customer Experience. Their manager is Matt Fairhurst, Co-Founder & CEO.
