Matthew Howard

Matthew Howard is a Junior Developer at Skeleton Key. Prior to their current position, they were the Office Manager Interim and Quality Analyst at AutoAssure. In their role at AutoAssure, they were responsible for analyzing and maintaining the master schedule, consolidating all 220+ employees in Work Force Management Scheduling, providing new hires, rehires, and current employees with up-to-date information about their licensing, recording employees and managers bonuses, commission pay outs, and anniversary bonusses, conducting analysis of Master Attendance Log, Call-Offs, Time-Cards, and correcting mistakes, providing analysis of complaints to upper management, welcoming new hires and getting them squared away and keeping track of successful candidates, recording terminations and keeping records, equipment returns and determination if further investigation and actions needs to be taken, consolidating metrics and conducting problem analysis. In their role as Quality Analyst, they were responsible for reviewing reports on employees to provide feedback, training, and opportunities for growth, running data analytics to ensure employees and company are working/running efficiently, researching and reporting trending behaviors and report findings to management, consolidating metrics and conducting problem analysis.

Matthew Howard has a certificate in Full Stack Web Developer from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master of Arts in Science Teacher Education/General Science Teacher Education from Lindenwood University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Southeast Missouri State University. Matthew also has certification from the Technology & Leadership Center at Washington University in St. Louis in Coding Boot Camp and Full Stack Web Development, and certification from CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

They work with Allison Bell - Developer, Bobby Hritz - Developer, and Eric Wistey - Developer. Matthew Howard reports to Greg Lane, CTO & Principal Developer.
