Skellig Six18 Distillery & Visitor Centre, Cahersiveen, on the Ring of Kerry.   Inspired by the monks who carved 618 steps into  the face of nearby Skellig Rock to reach their monastery high up on the rock out in the N Atlantic. Their ambition, determination, muinín and grit keeps us focussed to make world class spirits, Irish Whiskey and Irish Gin which are truly grounded here in our home place on the Skellig Coast.
