Janet Carpenter

Janet Carpenter is a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Skellig, where responsibilities include serving as the Program Manager for Technical Development on Digital Initiatives for Moderna since September 2021. Previously, at Buckeye Partners, Janet held the title of IT PMO Program Manager, overseeing IT Program Portfolio Management and developing the IT Vendor Management Office program framework.
