Charles Steerman started their work experience as a Staff Accountant at PHH Mortgage in 2004, where they created monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports. In 2007, they joined Pequot Capital as a Research Support, conducting equity research and facilitating meetings between analysts and senior executives. In 2009, they became an Implementation Manager at ComplySci, a role they held until 2013 when they transitioned to a Solutions Consultant, running pre-sales product engagements and contributing to significant ARR growth. From 2015 to 2018, Charles served as the Vice President of Customer Success at ComplySci, leading the Customer Success team, providing guidance to the product team, and directing client migration strategies. Charles Steerman completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at The George Washington University from 2000 to 2004. Charles then pursued further education at St. John's University School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Legal studies from 2005 to 2008. Concurrently, they also pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, from 2006 to 2009.
