Brian Eddy

Brian Eddy's work experience includes positions at multiple companies in various roles.

From 2022 onwards, they have been working as a Project Manager at Skender. Prior to this, they worked at Austin Commercial starting in 2017. At Austin Commercial, they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Project Engineer I, and Project Engineer II. In these positions, they were responsible for tasks such as negotiating contracts, reviewing pricing and change proposals, managing subcontractors for compliance, and assisting the project design team.

Before joining Austin Commercial, Brian worked at Baylor University from 2014 to 2017. Brian held the positions of Visit Experience Representative and Community Leader. In these roles, they conducted campus tours, organized personalized visits, and facilitated meetings between faculty and guests. Brian also provided guidance and support to freshmen residents, performed administrative tasks, and adhered to safety protocols.

In 2016, Brian was involved in an independent humanitarian engineering project with World Thirst. Brian developed plans for agricultural development in Haiti and conducted maintenance and repairs on photo-voltaic arrays.

In 2015, they worked as an Aquaponics Engineering Intern at The Shepherd's Heart. Brian designed and maintained aquaponics systems to produce crops and fish, and created job opportunities for community members to support a local food pantry.

Brian also has experience working as a Counselor and Ropes Course Facilitator at Pine Cove in 2014. In this role, they provided counseling, led Bible studies, and ensured the well-being of high school campers. Brian was also responsible for operating and maintaining a high ropes course and performing general camp maintenance tasks.

Brian Eddy attended Baylor University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they received the LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in February 2019. Brian also obtained the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Training certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in June 2017. In February 2020, they acquired the Energy Efficiency Badge and Renewable Energy certifications from the U.S. Green Building Council. Additionally, they hold certifications in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross (December 2021) and CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association (November 2019).
