Patrick Rappleye

Patrick Rappleye has extensive experience in project management in the construction industry. Patrick began their career at The Concord Group in 2013 as an Assistant Project Manager, where they were responsible for project controls, coordination, and reporting. Patrick eventually progressed to the role of Project Manager, managing all aspects of significant capital construction projects as an Owner's Representative. In 2017, they joined Berglund Construction as a Project Manager, where they continued to oversee projects until 2021, when they were promoted to Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Skender as a Senior Project Manager, a position they assumed in 2022.

Patrick Rappleye obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University. Patrick attended the university from 2007 to 2013. In April 2019, they also obtained a certification in LEED AP Building Design + Construction from USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter.
