Ryan Cotter

Ryan Cotter has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Preconstruction Executive at Skender since August 2016, where Ryan has progressed through roles including Senior Preconstruction Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer II. Prior to this, Ryan worked at DPR Construction from January 2012 to July 2016 as a Project Engineer involved in significant projects such as the Orange County Property Company Campus and Qualcomm Pacific Center Campus. Ryan gained initial experience as a Project Engineer Intern at DPR Construction in 2011, contributing to the Scott & White Memorial Hospital project, and as a Construction Intern at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in 2010. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2011.
