Edward O. has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Edward started their career as a Quality Assurance Intern at XYPRO Technology in 2018, where they contributed to the testing of XYPRO SecurityOne web application using various testing tools. In 2019, they joined Farmers Insurance as a Product Analyst, delivering reports and presentations on product performance and working collaboratively with different teams to reduce defects. Edward also had a role as a Software Engineer Intern at Farmers Insurance, where they integrated unit tests for a continuous integration pipeline and developed a web application for internal communications.
