Corey Barba

Corey Barba has worked in the art and animation industry since 2007. Corey'sfirst role was as a Freelance Illustrator at Kunoichi in 2007. Corey then worked as a Freelance Comics Artist/ Writer at both Bongo Comics and Oni Press from 2009 to 2018. In 2011, they became a Senior Artist at Zynga. In 2017, they were an Art Director at GameCloud Studios. In 2018, they worked as a Visual Development Artist at DreamWorks Animation and an Artist and Writer at MAD Magazine. In 2020, they were a Character Designer at Nickelodeon Animation. Most recently, in 2021, they were an Art Director at Sketchy.

Corey Barba attended American Academy of Art from 1990 to 1991, where they studied Illustration. In 2020, they obtained an IELTS General Training certificate from IELTS Official. In 2018, they obtained a certificate from THE ANIMATION GUILD, LOCAL 839.
