Cort Lyons

Cort Lyons is a Senior Backend Software Developer at Sketchy since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at Campspot from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Software Engineer at Formstack, where they were responsible for all stages of development pertaining to the Formstack Platform, which consists of a PHP7 backend and a combination of Angular and React on the frontend. Cort also routinely worked with cross functional teams to design, implement, test, and deploy highly requested features, and performed supportive roles such as assisting new engineers, reviewing pull requests / application projects, and writing documentation. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Software Engineer at Highwinds, where they were responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of new features for Highwind's StrikeTracker portal. Cort also assisted with the mentoring of junior engineers. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Software Engineer at Eonian Technology Inc, where they developed and maintained an innovative Email Marketing Automation platform consisting of a PHP (Codeigniter) backend with a MySQL database, and built a RESTful API providing access to subscriber and sales metrics for use by the internal marketing team.
