Travis Cook has been working in the media industry since 2004. Travis started their career at Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Digital Media Analyst and Support Specialist, where they managed a six-person customer support team and deployed Sony's first internal streaming platform. In 2015, they moved to RYOT, where they held the position of Head of VR and Immersive. During their time there, they shot the 2020 Emmy-nominated and Webby-winning virtual reality experience, "Tales From the Edge," produced for GoPro, built and tested Verizon Media's first in-house volumetric video stage for 2019's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and floor managed the 5G XR activation for the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Hollywood premiere, winning a 2020 Telly Award in the Immersive & Mixed Reality category. Most recently, in 2020, Cook became a Production Manager at Sketchy.
Travis Cook obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film Production from Loyola Marymount University.
