Bart Neyens

Bart Neyens is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and industrial relations, currently serving at skeyes as HR Industrial Relations since September 2023. Prior to this role, Bart held various positions at ABVV, including personnel services at ABVV Antwerp from October 2020 to September 2023. Furthermore, Bart served as Chairman and Federal Secretary in the Telecom/Air Transport sector at ACOD from February 2014 to October 2020, and worked as an advisor on mobility, regional policy, and entrepreneurship at ABVV from September 2008 to February 2014. Early career experience includes a staff position focused on mobility, spatial planning, and housing at sp.a studiedienst and a staff role at Langzaam Verkeer vzw. Bart holds a master’s degree in geography from KU Leuven, obtained between 1995 and 2001, and completed secondary education at Sint-Augustinusinstituut from 1991 to 1995.
