Cees Taal

Cees Taal is an expert in rotating equipment, condition monitoring, and machine learning with extensive experience in signal processing and software development. They worked as a Data Scientist at Eneco from 2016 to 2018, developing machine learning algorithms for IoT devices. Prior roles include Research Scientist at Philips and postdoctoral researcher at the Royal Institute of Technology, where they focused on digital signal processing. Cees is currently a Senior Technologist AI and Algorithms at SKF Group, leading research in diagnostics and prognostics for bearing technologies. They hold a Ph.D. in speech signal processing from Delft University of Technology.
