Kai Titz

Kai Titz is currently employed at SKF Group as a Production System Junior Specialist in Lean Management since October 2020, focusing on the implementation of the SKF Production System across various factories and leading workshops on material flow, problem-solving, daily management, and visual management. Previous experience includes roles at ZF Group from August 2019 to July 2020 as a Bachelorand in E-Mobility and Technologist, where Kai analyzed and optimized production processes for electric drive systems. Earlier positions at SKF Group involved machine operation and mechatronics, with responsibilities including machine setup, monitoring, and process adjustments. Kai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, and also attended Tennessee Technological University in 2018.
