Michael Jacobson has extensive experience in process development and lean consulting. Since August 1990, Michael has been with SKF Group, currently serving as the Manager of Process Development at the Gothenburg factory. Previous roles at SKF include Manager of Process Development and Manager. From July 2000 to June 2005, Michael operated as a Lean Consultant with MJ Engineering, focusing on lean consulting through an independent venture. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Chalmers University of Technology, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
