Daniel Færmann

Daniel Farrell is a Research Software Engineer at the ADAPT Centre, where responsibilities include developing a data collection application and platform for clinical research data analysis related to Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Previous experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Researcher, implementing a reinforcement learning-based recommender system and creating human learner simulations. As a freelance web developer, Daniel designed and maintained websites for private clients, while also serving as a Graphic Design and Technology Ambassador at TES - Trinity Entrepreneurial Society. Earlier experience includes software development at Gazeal, focusing on customer support automation and interactive mapping. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Galway.
