Skildo is a Czech home-services app that connects households with trusted local tradespeople — simply, fairly, and without the usual hassle.

It works like this: you snap a photo of whatever needs doing around the house or garden — painting, cleaning, an electrician, furniture assembly, a leaking tap, appliance repair — and tradespeople near you send their offers. You pick by price, rating, or availability, sort out the details right in the app, and pay the tradesperson directly. No web forms, no emails back and forth, no calling around.

Think of it like Vinted: you could sell old clothes on a classifieds site, but people use Vinted because it solves the same problem in a way that's simpler, faster, and nicer to use.

Skildo does that for home services.
What sets it apart: it's completely free for customers, fair for tradespeople only pay once they actually win and earn from a job, and everything lives in one app. We built it to feel human.
