Ryan Pence

Ryan Pence is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Skiles Group since July 2018, following a tenure as Assistant Project Manager at Vaughn Construction from May 2011 to June 2018. Prior to that, Ryan served as a Project Engineer, demonstrating proficiency in Document Management related to Submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Project Insurances, and Procurement of Materials, alongside the capability to resolve constructability issues with subcontractors and engineers. Ryan began construction career as a Project Intern at Balfour Beatty Construction in 2010, where responsibilities included inspecting rebar and post-tensioned cables and issuing RFIs and Submittals. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2011.
