Cel Arrington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the General Manager at Rackspace Technology, Cel leads the Rackspace Email business unit, focusing on delivering a premier affordable business-class email solution. Previous roles at Rackspace include Director and Product Manager, emphasizing user experience across various applications. As the Chief of Product at Skill Capped, Cel founded the SaaS E-Learning platform for gamers and successfully grew the company from inception to seven-figure annual revenue. Cel has also held key positions at Squire and Voice, demonstrating a strong track record in product strategy and management, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies. Cel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Virginia Tech.
