AI Interviewer: it can take interviews with human-like intelligence and hence helps to shortlist the suitable candidates for the final round of interview. So, the panel only speaks to the most relevant candidates.

Often we find that there is a mismatch in candidate skills with what was mentioned on their resume and hence it is a waste of time & resources. Candidates interviewed and selected by our platform are 70% more likely to get selected by you.

It also means that if you have to interview 10 candidates to close one job offer, with Skill IQ, you only have to interview 3 candidates to close a job role. As the 1st round of the interview is conducted by Skill IQ, and you only interview the top 3 candidates shortlisted by Skill IQ.

The AI Coach will be trained on the specific products of the company within a couple of days and be ready to ask questions like a customer and rate the answers like an SME (subject matter expert).
