Skill N Depth offers a distinctive and specialized marketplace for diving expertise worldwide.

Our platform serves as a bridge between diving professionals and organizations in the diving industry.

Skill N Depth introduces a digitized platform that enhances the verification of experience and skills within the global occupational diving and marine construction sectors. The growing demand for skill demonstration in high-risk, high-consequence professions, coupled with sustainability and reduced carbon footprint, underscores the necessity to streamline processes by transitioning from analog to digital data recording and management.

Our platform addresses the importance of validating experience to mitigate the prevalence of inaccurate and plagiarized resumes and paper logbooks. It achieves this through a digitized logbook-style system, adeptly capturing skills and experiences, and features a dive record authentication capability. By standardizing a multitude of skills into a searchable and recognizable competency framework, we are revolutionizing the landscape.
