Chris Kagen

Chris Kagen is a Senior Instructional Designer at Skillable, where they design training curricula for a major software company. They have extensive experience as a business and leadership consultant, teaching classes and coaching teams while also contributing to a Master's degree program in Executive and Civic Leadership at Saybrook University. Previously, Chris worked as a Senior Instructor at Cortiva Institute, a licensed massage practitioner, and held various writing and documentation roles at companies like Microsoft and Amazon. They also manage the therapy team for the Pacific Northwest Ballet and continue to instruct continuing education classes for massage therapists. Chris holds a BA in English from Pomona College.
