David Boucher is a Senior Technical Solutions Manager at Skillable, where they support EMEA clients and foster customer satisfaction and retention. They began their career as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer at IBM, where they spent 10 years in various technical and leadership roles, eventually transitioning into project management for pharmacy and security projects. After a fulfilling four-year break volunteering at a Tibetan retreat center, David returned to IT, obtaining the CISSP accreditation and contributing to CYBRARY as a Lab Developer and Program Lead before joining Skillable in 2021. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham, David continues to leverage their extensive experience in the IT sector.
