Erika Bourne

Erika Bourne is a seasoned professional in client success management, currently serving as the Manager of Client Success Managers at Skillable since July 2023. Previously, Erika held positions at Gloat as an Enterprise Client Success Manager and at Imperative as an Enterprise Account Manager, where partnerships were enhanced through strong relationship-building and the promotion of human connection. With significant experience at Degreed, Erika contributed as a Team Lead and founding member of the Client Transformation Team, earning the 2018 Client Experience Client Advocate of the Year award. Prior roles also include consulting for the DoD at Campus Management Corp as a Principal Consultant and working in student services at EDMC. Erika holds an MBA from Argosy University Twin Cities and a BFA from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
