Erin Callahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Erin began their career as a Program Manager and Career Advisor at Seattle University from 1997 to 1999. Erin then worked as a District Human Resource Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1999 to 2002. Erin also worked as a Human Resources and Training Consultant as a freelancer from 2002 to 2004. Erin then joined Microsoft as a Group Manager and Business Manager from 2004 to 2010.
Following their work at Microsoft, Erin became an Entrepreneur and Business & Marketing Strategy Consultant, working as a freelancer from 2010 to 2016. Erin then joined Trillium Creative Solutions, Inc. in 2014 as the Director of Marketing, Learning and Development Programs, where they also served as a Storytelling Strategist until 2021.

Erin Callahan has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Drexel University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Music from Washington State University. Erin also holds various certifications, including a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center, a certification in Accessibility in Action from Microsoft, and a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from HRCI. Additionally, Erin has obtained certifications in Business Strategy: Managing Organizational Value and Leading Projects from Skillsoft and Skillable, respectively.
