Erin Callahan

Erin Callahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Erin began their career as a Program Manager and Career Advisor at Seattle University from 1997 to 1999. Erin then worked as a District Human Resource Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1999 to 2002. Erin also worked as a Human Resources and Training Consultant as a freelancer from 2002 to 2004. Erin then joined Microsoft as a Group Manager and Business Manager from 2004 to 2010.

Following their work at Microsoft, Erin became an Entrepreneur and Business & Marketing Strategy Consultant, working as a freelancer from 2010 to 2016. Erin then joined Trillium Creative Solutions, Inc. in 2014 as the Director of Marketing, Learning and Development Programs, where they also served as a Storytelling Strategist until 2021.

Erin continued their career journey at Lions + Tigers in 2021 as a Lead Consultant and Enablement Manager until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Sr Manager, Enablement Content at Skillable, starting from December 2022. Throughout their career, Erin has showcased their expertise in various domains such as enablement, marketing, storytelling, and business strategy.

Erin Callahan has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Drexel University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Music from Washington State University. Erin also holds various certifications, including a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center, a certification in Accessibility in Action from Microsoft, and a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from HRCI. Additionally, Erin has obtained certifications in Business Strategy: Managing Organizational Value and Leading Projects from Skillsoft and Skillable, respectively.
