Jacob Harbich has extensive experience in cloud support and systems engineering, currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer at Skillable since June 2025. Previously, Jacob held various positions at DigitalOcean from September 2022 to November 2023, including Cloud Support Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Systems Engineer II. Jacob began a career in technology as a Data Center Manager at Texas State Technical College in early 2013 and progressed through roles at Giganews, where responsibilities included Linux System Administrator and Operation Systems Technician. Additional early experience includes customer service roles at HEB and Giganews. Jacob holds an Associates of Applied Science in High Performance Computing from Texas State Technical College Waco.
