Karie Willyerd is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in learning and customer strategy. Currently serving as Chief Customer Strategy Officer at GP Strategies Corporation and in advisory roles for Uplimit, Skillable, EZRA Coaching, and GSV Ventures, Karie has also been recognized as a Learning Innovation Lab Fellow at Harvard University. Previously, Karie held the position of Chief Learning Officer at Visa, establishing the company's first CLO role globally, and contributed significantly to the success of SAP and its SuccessFactors division in various leadership capacities. Karie's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the founding of Jambok, which focused on enhancing workplace learning through social collaboration. Academic achievements include a Doctorate in Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Master's in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University.
