Matthew Snyder

Matthew Snyder is an accomplished leader in customer success with extensive experience managing enterprise accounts. Currently serving as the Global Enterprise Customer Success Leader at Skillable since August 2023, Matthew previously held the role of Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Cloud Academy, Inc., where responsibilities included managing major strategic accounts. Prior to that, Matthew contributed to Udemy as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, overseeing approximately 40 enterprise customers and a substantial book of business.
