Raluca Oltean

Raluca Oltean has an extensive professional background, beginning in 2009 with a role as a Customer Service Analyst at Hewlett-Packard. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an EMEA Project Manager at Hewlett Packard. Raluca then joined Ensight Management Consulting as a project-based consultant in 2013.

In 2014, Oltean began their career at Microsoft, holding various roles within the CEE Headquarters. Raluca started as a Multi-Country Sales Excellence Manager, responsible for sales operational processes and sales strategies in 23 countries across CEE. Raluca later served as a CEE Public Sector Business Manager, where they focused on revenue achievement and public sector cloud transformation. Oltean also worked as a CEE Sales Operations Lead for small and medium businesses, providing business insights and leading the sales excellence team.

At Microsoft, Oltean also held roles within Microsoft CEE HQ, including CEE Partner Operations Specialist and CEE Sales Operations Support Specialist. In these roles, they managed projects at the CEE level, facilitated partner-related sales processes, and drove change management initiatives.

Most recently, Oltean joined Skillable as a Project Manager, where they managed a wide variety of projects, implemented and managed an internal scorecard, and coordinated communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Raluca has now transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager at Skillable.

Raluca Oltean obtained a Master's degree in International Business Management from the Economic Studies Academy - International Economic Relations Faculty, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the same institution, from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Raluca Oltean has acquired several certifications. These include "Cultivating Mentor Relationships" from Skillsoft, obtained in April 2023, "Instructional Design: Adult Learners" from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2021, "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID" from LinkedIn, obtained in January 2021, and "Instructional Design: Needs Analysis" from LinkedIn, obtained in January 2021. Raluca also holds a "Microsoft-INSEAD Online Business Strategy and Financial Acumen" certification from INSEAD Executive Education, obtained in December 2016.
