Rian Hall possesses a strong background in technical services and aviation management, having served in various roles across notable organizations. At Saint Martin's University, Rian completed a Certificate in Computer Science and later transitioned to Skillable, where Rian began as a Technical Services Admin, advanced to Technical Support Engineer (Tier-3), and currently holds the position of Customer Success Manager. Rian's military experience with the US Army includes significant leadership roles such as UAS Fleet Maintenance Manager and Project Manager/Operations Manager, overseeing operations for 45 personnel and managing maintenance activities for a fleet of 47 helicopters valued at over $600 million. Rian also contributed to aviation training through modernization of course materials, enhancing instruction in aviation maintenance and troubleshooting. Currently pursuing a degree in Professional Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Rian combines technical expertise with a commitment to leader development and operational excellence.
