Will Krause

Will Krause has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Will currently works at Skillable as a Senior Product Manager, where they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Scrum Master at Skillable from January 2023 to May 2023. Before joining Skillable, they worked at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (AFSI) as an Agile Coach from March 2019 to February 2022, and as a Business Systems Analyst from August 2017 to March 2019. Will Krause also worked at MRI Software LLC as a Product Owner from January 2017 to June 2017. Additionally, they have experience in customer success and implementation as a Customer Success | Implementation Specialist at StreamLink Software from September 2015 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, Will Krause worked at Expand Interactive, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Instructional Design, and Content Development from April 2013 to September 2015, and Technical Writer | Content Development from January 2011 to April 2013.

Will Krause obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Loyola University Chicago, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
