Erika Bourne is a seasoned professional in client success management, currently serving as the Manager of Client Success Managers at Skillable since July 2023. Previously, Erika held positions at Gloat as an Enterprise Client Success Manager and at Imperative as an Enterprise Account Manager, where partnerships were enhanced through strong relationship-building and the promotion of human connection.
