Since Skillbase Group was established nearly 20 years ago we have focussed on providing first-rate service to our clients across the globe. We work closely with our clients to develop long term relationships allowing us to understand their needs and requirements in two key areas:

Recruitment:

Skillbase Group combines both global reach and management know-how for specialist, bespoke contract recruiting solutions. It doesn’t matter what size project you are staffing, how complicated the job is or where you are located – we can step in and deliver change immediately.

Workforce Management:

We provide a comprehensive end-to-end management solution for directly sourced contractors and non-approved suppliers globally. Outsourcing the onboarding, management and payroll of your contract workforce is a smart move. The cost savings, risk reduction, speed and reliability of letting us manage your contingency workers, will enable you to better optimise your freelance consultants and get on with achieving more for your business.

Having sourced your own contract hires through business, social media or co-worker referral we step in and manage the whole process dealing with all the areas of the business required to validate the contract:

* Procurement liaison;
* Legal contracts;
* Right to work;
* Compliance and insurance;
* Timesheet and expenses validation right through to payments and invoicing;
* Management of second-tier agencies and ad hoc suppliers.
