During a notable tenure at Skillbee from April 2020 to September 2023, Vikash scaled the business across multiple countries, achieving over 2 million app downloads and securing 35,000+ B2B clients with a $1 million+ order book. Key accomplishments include delivering a Learning Management System for the Association of Process Industry in Singapore within three months, leading various product management initiatives, and co-founding ZustMarket. Vikash's leadership experience extends to organizing significant inter-institutional sports events at IIT Kharagpur, where Vikash held roles ranging from Secretary to Coordinator.
