Pavel Milkin completed their education with a Specialist degree in Complex information security of automated systems from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they attended from 2000 to 2006. Following this, they pursued studies in Law at Moscow Pedagogical State University from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Pavel obtained two certifications: the ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver and Support Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021, and the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2020.
